Essay

In the dissertation the theoretical aspects of professional training of teachers of physical education in Germany in the scientific literature are analyzed. The leading trends of professional training of physical education teachers in the system of higher educational establishments of Germany (ХХ – the beginning of the XXI cent.) are elucidated and grounded. The social and pedagogical prerequisites for the formation and development of professional training of German physical education teachers are revealed. It is determined that each historical stage is determined by social, socio -economic and cultural-spiritual factors. They are primarily caused by the historical development of the German state, social values, the transformation of which leads to changing requirements for teachers of physical education, their professional training and activity. The current state of professional training of physical education teachers in higher education institutions of Ukraine is investigated. A comparative analysis of their professional training in Germany and Ukraine is presented. Recommendations on the use of positive experience of Germany in the professional training of teachers of physical education in higher education institutions of Ukraine are formulated.
