Piddubnii V. Overcoming the Counteraction to the Investigation of Economic Crimes

The dissertation is focused on the research of theoretical, legal, organizational and tactical principles of overcoming the counteraction to the investigation of economic crimes. The state of scientific development of theoretical and applied issues of overcoming the counteraction to crime investigation has been studied. Theoretical concept of forensic classification and characteristics of economic crimes have been considered. Various types and forms of the counteraction to the investigation of economic crimes (concealment of crimes, bribery of officials, use of mass media, false statements dissemination, falsification of evidence, use of threats and physical violence, etc.) have been characterized. The current state of legal regulation of investigators and operative units’ activity of the National Police of Ukraine on overcoming the counteraction to the investigation of economic crimes has been studied. Organizational principles and tasks of criminal proceedings in the course of overcoming the counteraction to the investigation of economic crimes have been determined.
