The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the legal mechanism of administration in the state tax system of Ukraine, its content, system and dynamics. The state of scientific research of the legal mechanism of public administration in the state tax system, its concepts and characteristics are determined. The peculiarities of the legal mechanism of tax system administration, its subjects, their functions and powers are established. The essence and the classification of legal forms of public administration in tax sphere are revealed, the features of legal acts as the determining form of administration in the tax sphere are characterized, the value of services in the legal mechanism of administration of taxes, fees, payments is established.
