Panchuk V. Legal Bases for Ensuring Labor Rights of the Employees of the State Tax Service of Ukraine

The dissertation research is focused on the problematic issues of ensuring labor rights of the employees of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the nature and characteristics of the legal bases for ensuring labor rights of the employees of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, as well as developing propositions and recommendations for improving the relevant legislation. The historical and legal analysis of the formation and development of the legal bases for ensuring labor rights of the employees of the State Tax Service of Ukraine has been carried out. The concept and specific features of labor rights of the employees of the State Tax Service of Ukraine have been determined. The classification of the types of labor rights of the employees of the State Tax Service of Ukraine has been realized. The concepts and structure of the mechanism of legal regulation for ensuring labor rights of the employees of the State Tax Service of Ukraine have been clarified.
