Kirizliev O. Legal status of employees of financial institutions in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of problems of legal status of employees of financial institutions. The content and components of the legal status of employees of financial institutions in Ukraine are revealed in the paper, a retrospective analysis of the legal regulation of labor activity of this category of employees is revealed. Positive and negative aspects of the current state of regulatory support of employees of financial institutions in Ukraine are investigated. The classification of grounds for the emergence, change and termination of legal relations with employees of financial institutions is given. Their content is analyzed and the theoretical and legal essence of each of them is characterized.
