The dissertation is devoted to the research and substantiation of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of improving the wineries development management. According to the results of the study, theoretical approaches to understanding the concept of «enterprise development» as a set of irreversible, positive, quantitative and qualitative changes that occur under the influence of internal management tools are analyzed. The peculiarities of the process of enterprise development management taking into account the stages of its life cycle and the influence of internal and external factors are investigated. The scientific and methodical approach to estimation of a level of management of development of the enterprise on separate components according to the offered scale of the integrated dynamic model of definition of average geometrical is developed. Sectoral peculiarities of functioning are determined and key problems of development of wineries are substantiated. The influence of internal and external factors at each stage of the enterprise life cycle is assessed. The stages of the life cycle and the level of management of winemakers' development are determined. A mechanism for managing the development of a winery as a combination of modern principles, functions, tasks, resources with the implementation in the process of appropriate scientific and methodological tools, which allows to justify management decisions to increase the level at a certain stage of its life cycle. Management tools for the constituent elements of development are formed. Practical tools for forecasting the level of development are proposed. A structural model of innovative development of a winery has been developed through the relationship of its driving forces and the process of innovation in order to achieve the desired level of development.
