Essay

The need for such a study is due to the fact that in the current conditions of HEI performance the most urgent problem is the problem of increasing efficiency, financial stability and independence. To evaluate the effectiveness of higher education institutions, it has been proposed a methodological approach that allows to obtain a comprehensive multicriteria model of assessing the effectiveness of HEI. Taking into account the peculiarities of the above concept, the conceptual provisions of the organizational and economic mechanism of HEI management have been improved through the implementation of management actions and monitoring of their implementation in order to increase the level of HEI effectiveness.
