Koval T. Economic and management tools of anti-crisis diagnostics of construction enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of scientific - methodological and applied principles of anti - crisis management for construction contractors. The scientific and methodological value of the dissertation results is that the results of the work - methodical approach, toolkit and their software implementation - collectively implement a productive system of preventive identification of the state of construction contracting enterprise (ССE) regarding the degree of approximation (probability) of the onset of pre-crustal and crisis phenomena, and for this approach, the calculation and parametric system is properly adapted to the nature and specifics of functioning of the economic system of BP, which functions as the performer of complexes of works among several projects, and the characteristics of ССE in the environment multyproyektnomu arguments (variables) of state anti-crisis capacity ССE, which is identified in the form of embedded approach. The toolkit provides mainly preventive (anticipatory) content of anti-crisis management measures at a construction company. The leading indicator - the ССE crisis index - is the identifier not only of the ability to withstand crises, bias and neutralization, but also serves as an indirect identifier of the comparative reliability of the ССE as a stakeholder of projects of potential customers, developers and other asset management companies.
