Dolgopolova Y. Value-Oriented Management of Enterprises-Developers in Construction

The dissertation is devoted to the development and implementation in practice of construction enterprises of updated methodological approach and tools for managing the operational activity of a development company on the basis of cost - oriented management. The scientific and metallic value of the results of the work is determined by the innovative content of the scientific and applied instrumentation of justification - on the basis of VBM - the trajectory of growth of property value of the enterprise-developer, whose operational activity is subordinated to the processes of forming the portfolio of construction projects and its subsequent approaching econometric relationship of the content of the transformations of the value of the developer with the characteristics of the operating the project's one-of-a-kind program provided to the developer for preparation and administration.
