Tkachenko M. Administrative and legal provision of interaction between the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and other law enforcement agencies

The object of the study is the legal relations that arise during the interaction of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies. Purpose: through the use of modern methods of scientific knowledge, as well as on the basis of elaboration of scientific views of scientists, current legislation, practice of various law enforcement agencies to determine the nature and features of administrative and legal support of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies and provide scientifically sound proposals and recommendations for improving the organizational and legal framework for its implementation. Methods: general scientific and special-legal methods of cognition: logical-semantic, system-functional, analytical, formal-logical, method of documentary analysis, structural-functional analysis, method of modeling, etc. Theoretical and practical results, scientific novelty: the purpose and tasks of NABU interaction with other law enforcement agencies are defined, which are proposed to be enshrined in the Law of Ukraine “On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine”; proposed criteria for optimizing the system of law enforcement agencies as subjects of combating corruption offenses by clearly structuring them and defining a single coordination center; the author's definition of the concept of "assessment of the effectiveness of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies" is provided. tasks and goals of anti-corruption policy; it is proposed to adopt the Law of Ukraine "On the System of Anti-Corruption Bodies of Ukraine", which delimits the functions of law enforcement agencies in the field of combating corruption offenses. Scope of use: in the field of law-making activity - for improvement of the domestic legislation during preparation and specification of a number of legislative and by-laws on questions of administrative and legal maintenance of counteraction to corruption offenses; in law enforcement activities - in order to increase the effectiveness of ensuring the interaction of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies.
