Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the clinical reasoning of improved diagnostic methods and orthopedic treatment of patients with pathological tooth wear and co-existent denture and dentition deformaties. 125 patients were examined, of which 35 underwent the proposed orthopedic treatment using a set of splints. Analysis of clinical results, condylographic examination, periodontal indices indicates the advantages of the proposed orthopedic treatment of pathological abrasion of the hard tissues of the teeth with dentition defects and dental deformities, which includes the use of a set of splints to gradually raise the height of the bite.
