Essay

The dissertation covers the results of the study of the features of the clinic and the treatment of the dystrophic diseases of the big salivary glands in patients with hepatobiliary pathology. In the simulation of various hepatobiliary pathology in experimental studies, inflammatory and dystrophic changes were observed in the big salivary glands. Hepatobiliary pathology diseases are a significant aggravating factor affecting the course of the diseases of the salivary glands. The results of studies indicate that in patients with sialoadenitis and alimentary sialosis on the background of hepatobiliary pathology, in the serum and oral liquid, the liver markers and the markers that are characteristic of the inflammatory process significantly increase. Violations of the antioxidant-prooxidant balance were also observed, as evidenced by the antioxidant-prooxidant index and degree of dysbiosis. Clinical examination of patients with diseases of the salivary glands on the background of hepatobiliary pathology, showed significantly worse hygienic and periodontal indices. The use of antidysbiotic remedy "Lysozyme-forte" in the complex therapy of diseases of the salivary glands (in particular alimentary sialosis on the background of hepatobiliary pathology), had a positive effect on the chemical properties of the blood serum and of the physico-chemical properties of the oral liquid and the clinical parameters. The expressed positive result was saved for a long time.
