Tarasenko O. Organizational and economic bases for management of economic security of higher education

The categorical apparatus has been developed, the economic nature and components of economic security of higher education have been investigated. The management model of higher education system development on the basis of efficiency has been offered. A methodological approach to the analysis of threats and opportunities for the development of higher education has been developed, and a system of economic security indicators for objects of different levels has been proposed. The relationship between competitiveness and economic security of higher education has been investigated. In the context of economic security management of higher education: organizational, economic and methodological support of the process of forming and implementing public policy has been developed, the main provisions of the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine have been supplemented, the existing structure of education management in Ukraine and the process of public financial policy formulation using forms of non-government financing have been improved.
