Biriukov Y. The features of electric power enterprises functioning in conditions of limited resources

The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical provisions on the development of theoretical and methodological and applied principles of modernization and increase of efficiency of electric power companies taking into account their specific features in the conditions of limited resources. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of the economics and enterprise management theory has been further developed due to the deepening of the scientific essence interpretation and economic content of such concepts: "functioning of the power industry enterprises" and "efficiency of the enterprise functioning". The conceptual provisions of the electric power enterprises functioning in the conditions of the electric power market model changing in Ukraine are offered. The theoretical and methodological provisions of the power utilities functioning, which have a functional information base and are presented by means of a recurrence relation, are substantiated. The classification of features of the electric power enterprises functioning, including features on production and consumption of electricity, socio-social and organizational functional of activity and features of management is offered. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the systematization of the trilemma of obstacles to the development of electric power enterprises, which are distinguished as groups of multi-vector obstacles by nature, have been improved. This made it possible to justify the triad of interdependent directions of their leveling. They originate from each other due to the exogenous and endogenous factors influencing the functioning of the enterprise and the peculiarities of the electricity sector and the functioning of the United Energy System. Organizational and economic principles of adaptation of electric power companies to modern integration realities are grounded, based on the implementation of the European experience of conducting auctions of electricity sales, taking into account possible fluctuations of the price "per day forward". Formulated situation improve security of electricity enterprises, including enterprise resource vectors diversification of electricity supply and diversification of primary energy resources to generate electricity with the maximum use of renewable energy sources. The composition of measures for activation of attraction of investment resources in the enterprises of the electric power industry is developed, including measures on attraction of the mechanism of public-private partnership, stimulation of investment of scientific developments and introduction of innovations; development of the energy sector as a whole and are based on the implementation of European experience in the field of electricity investment legislation.
