Seminoh S. Administrative and legal protection of children’s rights in Ukraine

The dissertation presents a new solution to the scientific problem of administrative and legal protection of children’s rights in Ukraine. As a result of the analysis the scientific positions and the conclusions offered personally by the applicant are formulated. The legal category "children's rights" as an object of administrative and legal relations is revealed. The essence and the concept of administrative and legal protection of children's rights in Ukraine are revealed, the principles of realization of the specified activity are revealed and generalized. The legal nature of the content of public tools for the protection of children's rights in Ukraine, which defines: forms and methods of administrative activities of public administration in the field of protection of children's rights; planning acts; actual actions and control in the field of protection of children's rights. These tools are studied and their essence is revealed within the researched problems. International and foreign experience in protecting children's rights is analyzed. It is determined that borrowing of positive experience of realization of the specified activity of some foreign countries is considered positive for Ukraine. Due to the negative trends in the protection of children's rights, a number of optimizations have been proposed to increase its effectiveness.
