Razina T. Administrative and legal support of a positive investment climate in Ukraine

This dissertation is about the comprehensive study of the nature and characteristics of the administrative and legal support of a positive investment climate in Ukraine. The level of scientific development of the problem of administrative and legal regulation of investment activity and ensuring a positive investment climate in Ukraine is analyzed. The phenomenon of the investment climate is characterized and a circle of subjects and factors influencing its formation is defined, among which special attention is paid to the activities of the public administration and administrative and legal means of ensuring a positive investment climate. The main forms, methods and methods of legal support of a positive investment climate are characterized. The main methods of legal support of a positive investment climate are the dispositive method of legal regulation, methods of recommendation and encouragement.
