Essay

The object of research is modified expanded clay concrete and fibrokeramzitobeton for thin-walled structures of hydraulic structures, in particular reinforced concrete floating. The aim is to increase the performance properties and strength of expanded clay concrete for thin-walled structures of hydraulic structures, including floating reinforced concrete, through the use of modifiers, fiber and gravel treatment with cement slurry, aimed at improving the performance of porous gravel in cement-sand matrix. Research methods. Physico-mechanical characteristics of expanded clay concrete and fibrokeramzitobeton were determined in accordance with current regulations on the calibrated equipment. The main experimental studies were conducted in two series according to the optimal 3- and 4-factor plans. Construction and analysis of nonlinear experimental and statistical models were performed. Microscopic and X-ray phase analysis of the structure of expanded clay concrete, as well as analysis of technological damage were used. The search for optimal compositions of modified expanded clay concrete was performed using the Monte Carlo method. The practical significance of the results. Compositions of modified expanded clay concrete and fibrokeramzitobeton with high levels of strength, frost resistance and water resistance, which ensures their durability in hydraulic structures. An experimental batch of thin-walled expanded clay concrete structures made of modified expanded clay concrete of the recommended composition and using the treatment of expanded clay gravel with a cement slurry. The results of the work are implemented in the educational process at the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture in the preparation of graduates of master's and doctoral degrees in the specialty "Construction and Civil Engineering".
