Boiko O. Guarantees to ensure the legality of the provision of public services in Ukraine

The dissertation presents the theoretical generalization and new solution of the scientific problem, which is manifested in defining the essence of guarantees for ensuring the legitimacy of the provision of public services in Ukraine, identifies the problems of their normative fixing and practical implementation, proposes the improvement of the current legislation in this field and practice. The concepts, features and types of guarantees for ensuring the legality of the provision of public services in Ukraine are defined. It is proposed to define guarantees for ensuring the legality of the provision of public services, under which should be understood the legal norms that determine specific legal means, conditions and procedure for the exercise of rights, legal means of their protection and protection in case of violation of an application of an individual or legal entity to issue an administrative act (decision, permit, license, certificate, act, certificate, etc.). The principles of guaranteeing the lawfulness of the provision of public services are disclosed.
