Essay

The dissertation presents theoretical reasoning and new solution for the actual scientific problem in the field of pediatrics, which consists in establishing the role of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia in the implementation and severity of pyelonephritis, associated with fibrillogenesis disorders in children, and determining a new diagnostic molecular-genetic and biochemical criteria for early diagnosis of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia syndrome and severity of pyelonephritis by determining polymorphic loci collagen IV type COL4A1 gene, endothelin-1 content, alkaline phosphatase and creatine kinase activity in serum, excretion of creatinine and glycosaminoglycans with daily urine in children, which gives the possibility to prove the presence of connective tissue dysplasia in children with pyelonephritis as well as to predict the pyelonephritis severity with a tendency to chronic the pathological process.
