The dynamics of levels of vitamins A, E and K and trace elements of zinc and selenium in the serum of children suffering from cystic fibrosis (CF) were studied. The supplementation effectiveness of vitamins A and E in СF children with a deficiency of these vitamins was evaluated. Regression models have been created for prediction of the dynamics of serum concentrations of vitamins A and E. It has been shown that CF patients who do not receive the supplementation of vitamins A, E, K and selenium, have a gradual decrease in their content in blood serum. On the other hand, the serum zinc content of 72% of sick children exceeds the normal aged ranges.
