Thesis is devoted to theoretical bases of realization of administrative procedures in the field of migration, substantiation of necessity of introduction in the national legal field of a category «administrative procedures in the field of migration»; optimizing the activities of public administration bodies during the implementation of administrative procedures in the field of migration in order to ensure the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. The state of scientific elaboration of the problem of implementation of administrative procedures in the field of migration is revealed. Specific features of administrative procedures in the field of migration are proposed. The principles and classifications of administrative procedures in the field of migration are highlighted. The normative-legal bases of implementation of administrative procedures in the field of migration are described. The system of subjects of public administration of administrative procedures in the field of migration is revealed. The stages of administrative procedure in the field of migration are described. The stage of implementation of administrative procedures in the field of migration is proposed to include: 1) the application of an individual and the acceptance of the application for consideration by the authorized unit of the public administration body; 2) consideration of the case (from three days to one year); 3) making a decision (certificate, certificate, passport, certificate, invitation, permit, etc.); 4) appeal against the decision (optional) (in practice it is provided only in court); 5) execution of the decision.
