Tymchenko L. The procedure for the provision of administrative services in the context of European integration processes

Thesis presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining, on the basis of the analysis of doctrinal and normative sources, the theoretical and applied foundations of the provision of administrative services by state authorities and local self – government in Ukraine. The theoretical and scientific approaches to the substantiation of the legal support for the provision of administrative services through the prism of domestic and foreign experience are generalized. The role and place of administrative services in the system of public services is established and the definition of administrative services is provided as the implementation of organizational and legal and administrative measures of the authorities, which are regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine and are carried out as a result of the powers defined by the legislation in favor of legal and natural persons, as a rule, on a free basis.
