Thesis presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to a scientific problem, which consists in determining, on the basis of an analysis of the doctrinal and normative sources, the theoretical and applied principles of applying the ECtHR practice in interpreting the general principles of administrative justice. The concept has been defined and the principles of administrative justice have been classified. In particular, it is proved that the principles of administrative justice – a system of fundamental foundations of the administrative process, the implementation of which aims to achieve the ultimate goal and objectives of administrative justice, expressing its essence, permanent features and values, are mandatory guidelines for law-making and law-making.
