The concept of electronic services as regulated by legal norms activity of public administration bodies with the help of modern information and telecommunication systems regarding consideration of the application of the subject of the application for the issuance of a certain document (digital driver’s license, digital certificate on vehicle registration; digital passport, digital foreign passport, tax number, etc.) aimed at securing her rights and legitimate interests and/or fulfilling her statutory duties.
