The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and new solution to the scientific problem of determining the nature and features of administrative and legal regulation of the implementation of staffing in public administration bodies in Ukraine, which allowed to form an appropriate scientific concept, as well as to justify a number of new provisions and recommendations. The theoretical foundations of administrative and legal implementation of personnel support in public administration bodies in Ukraine are revealed. The essence and tasks of personnel support in the bodies of public administration in Ukraine are established. The principles and functions of personnel support in public administration bodies in Ukraine are formulated. The peculiarities of staffing in public administration bodies in Ukraine are distinguished.
