The dissertation deals with the complex scientific study of the nature of administrative disputes in the field of protection of the human right to a safe environment, identification of problematic aspects of their settlement, formulation of proposals for improvement of the current legislation in this field and practice of its application. The concept and essence of the right to a safe environment as a subject of administrative dispute are defined, the normative and legal bases of regulation of social relations in the specified sphere are characterized. The concept and system of signs of administrative disputes in the field of protection of the human right to a safe environment are defined, their qualification is carried out. The peculiarities of the implementation of ways and forms of administrative dispute resolution in the field of protection of the human right to a safe environment are highlighted and clarified. The peculiarities of the subjective composition of administrative disputes in the field of protection of the human right to a safe environment are identified. The criteria of substantive jurisdiction of administrative disputes in the field of protection of the human right to a safe environment are revealed.
