Razzhyvin V. State Regulation of Investment and Innovation Development of the National Economy

The dissertation presents a new solution to the scientific problem of substantiation of the set of theoretical and methodological and practical principles of state regulation of investment and innovation processes in the national economy of Ukraine. Priority directions of state regulation of investment and innovative development of the national economy are determined by using the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the studied process. The determinants of investment and innovation activity of national economic entities have been systematized. The system of indicators of the state of investment-innovation activity in the national economy has been improved with the purpose of use for regulation of further development. The main instruments of tax privileges for stimulating investment and innovation activity of the subjects of the national economy have been identified. The theoretical and applied principles of using tax credit instruments for state stimulation of innovation processes have been developed. The directions of optimization of state stimulation of investment and innovative activity of the subjects of national economy are substantiated. A scientific-theoretical approach to stimulating reinvestment processes at the level of economic entities is implemented as a means of regulating investment and innovation development of the national economy.
