Medynska T. Information technologies of business process quality assessment

The dissertation deals with the scientific and practical task of constructing models, methods and information technology for assessing the quality of business processes of enterprises in the conditions of uncertainty of the internal and external environment and in the conditions of strategic development of enterprises. The conceptual bases of organization of business activity of enterprises are considered from the point of view of critical analysis in the conditions of uncertainty of internal and external environment; software, tools for modeling and organization of business processes of enterprises using information technologies. Methodological principles, models and methods of automated assessment of business process quality in conditions of uncertainty of internal and external environment are investigated. Analytical means of development and functioning of information technology for assessing the quality of business processes of the enterprise of the trade industry are investigated. Namely: requirements for the development and implementation of information technology; research of the structure of production, organizational and logistic flows of information in the conditions of automated management; functional tools, analytical tools and software of the information-management subsystem of quality assessment of business processes in the general automated system of the trading company "Novi Lasoschi-Zhytomyr" are investigated. In the work, within the framework of information modeling of processes of quality assessment of business processes, information technology was tested in the implementation of profitable enterprise development strategies based on the criteria of product quality improvement, effective organizational management and logistics.
