Essay

A review of the structure and dynamics of the production of oilseeds of sunflower in Ukraine, technologies and means of post-harvest processing of grain and sunflower. The scheme of louvre pneumatic sieve separator of oilseeds of sunflower with a closed pneumatic system is justified. A theoretical study of the main parameters and operating modes of the louvered air distributor was carried out. A field research technique was developed for the statistical characteristics of fractional composition, critical speed, windage coefficient and nature of sunflower oilseeds. The fractional composition, aerodynamic properties of each fraction of oilseed sunflower raw materials and its nature, coming from combines to farms and oil extraction plants in the south of Ukraine, indicating a change in its properties, are determined. Based on the introduction of a new method of intensification of the technological process, the sunflower oil operation by feeding a fluidized bed of material to the outer surface of a cylindrical sieve with a horizontal axis of rotation, the specific productivity of the sieve increased to 1,5-2 times. Technological, constructive parameters and sunflower oil operation modes are substantiated. Advantages of pneumatic sieve separator - simplicity of design, the absence of vibrations and vibrations, the use of a fan of diametric type, the creation of conditions for minimal injury to seeds, low energy consumption compared to analogues (MPO-50, SPO-50). A study was made of oilseeds of sunflower, which goes to the oil extraction plant and it is reasonable to receive an annual profit from processing weed impurities into fuel materials and industrial oil. Technical and economic indicators of the effectiveness of the implementation of oilseed sunflower raw materials on the example of an agricultural enterprise of Ukraine.
