Lavrukhina K. Organizational and economic mechanism of formation of clusters of construction enterprises in an innovative environment

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of development of construction enterprises on the basis of formation and effective functioning of cluster structures in an innovative environment. A methodological approach to the choice of the optimal cluster project for joint implementation by enterprises within innovative clusters has been developed, based on the construction of a hierarchical model of multicriteria choice, which provides the most complete realization of the goals, objectives and economic interests of its participants, as well as enhances the effectiveness of their partnership interaction and motivation in implementation of cluster projects aimed at joint production, innovation, infrastructure, information and communication, education x, socio-environmental problems of economic activity. The classification of joint cluster projects has been improved, as well as the systematization of motivational factors that encourage enterprises to organize cluster cooperation on the basis of the allocation of two criteria of advantages: increase of innovative activity of construction enterprises and reduction of costs of enterprises, which simplifies the search of zones of intersection of interests of cluster participants and enhances cluster participants' interests.
