Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis and increase of efficiency of the use of machines with abrasive working tool for construction and repair works, which will provide increase of productivity and quality of execution of cutting and cleaning operations. The versatility and versatility of these machines, combined with the correct selection of the desired abrasive work tool, can significantly speed up and facilitate the execution of technological operations with the desired effect. The mechanism of interaction of manual machines with abrasive working bodies in the system "operator - machine - working environment" is established during the research. The method of determining the force load on the operator of the angle grinder when performing cutting and clearing operations, which takes into account the features of the manual machine and ergonomic parameters. In order to solve the problem of increasing the efficiency of the use of machines with abrasive working bodies, a power and qualitative analysis of the work of such machines was carried out. Experimental studies have allowed establishing the influence on the change of power indicators of work by cutting and clearing tools of different mode parameters: values of the recess, feed rate and rotation, clamping forces, etc. Theoretical dependencies are adequate compared to the results obtained during the experiments; the error was less than ten percent. On the basis of the performed works the mechanism of interaction of machines with abrasive working bodies with different materials (metal, stone and plastics), rational parameters of machines for their drive, as well as mode parameters and areas of effective application are considered.
