Vizhunov O. Legal regulation of social security for persons with disabilities in Ukraine and the European Union.

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the problems of legal regulation of social security for persons with disabilities in Ukraine and the European Union. In this work the essence of legal regulation of social security of persons with disabilities in Ukraine and the European Union countries is clarified, its concepts are revealed and the signs are characterized. Prerequisites of origin and genesis of legal regulation of social security of persons with disabilities in Ukraine and European Union countries are investigated. The types of social security of persons with disabilities in Ukraine are classified, their peculiarities and characteristics are determined. The problems of legal regulation of social security of persons with disabilities in Ukraine are revealed and the ways of their solution are suggested. The modern international tendencies of legal regulation of social security of persons with disabilities in Ukraine are analyzed and proposals for their introduction into national labor legislation are presented. A number of European countries with the most developed system of legal regulation of social protection and social security of persons with disabilities are analyzed. The main priority directions of borrowing the experience of legal regulation of the respective countries are determined.
