Novytska M. Classification analysis of types of administrative offences according to the degree of social danger

The dissertation conducts the systems analysis of the fundamental principles of classification analysis of types of administrative offences according to the degree of social danger, outlines the problems of its legal regulation and law enforcement, determines prospects for improvement of legislation in the area concerned and brings forward the proposal for solving the identified problems. The author analyses scientific standpoints and clarifies the essence and content of the concept “administrative offences” as a ground for classification analysis according to the degree of social danger, proposes her definition. The features of an administrative offence as a ground for classification analysis according to the degree of their social danger are marked, and their content is provided. Based on the examination of professional legal literature, the concept “degree of social danger” as one of the main features of administrative offences is characterized. It is proved that the above concept involves the combination of two groups of features – objective and subjective.
