The author carries out system-based analysis of the provision of contact-free administrative services in the area of state architectural and construction control and supervision, outlines the concerns in the legal regulation and law enforcement practice, determines the prospects for improvement of the legislation in the area under consideration including proposals for resolving identified issues. The research defines the concept, features, and types of administrative services as a basis for the formulation of provisions on contact-free administrative services in the area of state architectural and construction control and supervision. Taking into account the official definition and available alternatives put forward by administrative law scholars, the author formulates his concept of “administrative service”. Features peculiar to administrative services are specified. The dissertation establishes the specifics of state architectural and construction control and supervision as the very sphere of provision of contact-free administrative services. The regulatory support of state architectural and construction control and supervision, which has comprehensive nature, is marked. The author studies the concept of contact-free administrative services in the area of state architectural and construction control and supervision, clarifies a range of their features. The classification of such services is proposed.
