Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and experimental researches of the developed elastic working body of the extruder in order to increase its operational performance. Analytical dependences for determination of rational constructive and kinematic parameters of the elastic working body have been deduced to solve these problems. The influence of the main parameters of the screw of the extruder and the solid medium on the process that precedes its formation in the feed mixture is established, as well as the method of construction of a mathematical model that describes the defining parameters of the system elastic screw – solid media for both the resonant and non-resonant cases. The complex of experimental researches was carried out to determine the basic design-force parameters and operational parameters of the developed design of the working body. The production tests of the developed extruder were carried out, as well as its technical and economic indicators. An experimental unit which includes a knot for preparing grain mixtures for corrugated spiral extrusion and an extruder with an elastic screw element was made. Methods of experimental researches for studying of influence of extruder parameters with elastic screw element on extrudate (extruder) expansion index, extruder productivity and its energy consumption are developed.
