Yakushko I. Implementation of national economy investment attractiveness

The dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations on the process of ensuring the investment attractiveness of the national economy in the conditions of modern transformational transformations in order to develop the economy of Ukraine. Scientific views have been developed and the substantive plane of the economic content of the investment attractiveness of the national economy has been revealed; the parameters, structural components and specific features of the investment attractiveness of the national economy of Ukraine from the standpoint of systemic and process approaches have been identified. The peculiarities of formation of investment attractiveness of the Ukrainian economy in modern conditions of development of the Ukrainian economy are revealed. Generalized scientific and methodological approaches to the analytical evaluation of the investment attractiveness of the national economy; modern processes of investing in the national economy are analyzed and characterized, and trends in ensuring investment attractiveness are highlighted; the investment image profile of the national economy has been formed on the basis of an assessment of the national economy's positions by major international ratings. The strategic imperatives for transforming the role of the state in the processes of ensuring the investment attractiveness of the national economy are substantiated; formed a set of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of ensuring the investment attractiveness of the national economy; the main determinants of organizational and methodological support for the adoption of government decisions to increase the investment attractiveness of the Ukrainian economy are determined.
