Essay

The substantive and functional analysis of investment and innovation processes is carried out; the conditions, factors, principles, economic environment and its influence on investment and innovation processes are studied; methodological approaches to the evaluation of investment and innovation processes are generalized. The complex analysis of tendencies and changes of national innovation development is carried out; the peculiarities of formation of national investment and innovation processes are studied; the economic assessment of the impact of investment and innovation processes on macroeconomic indicators is carried out. The efficiency of using the investment potential of the national economy in the context of the impact on innovation development is substantiated; the strategic dominants of the national investment and innovation processes in the conditions of changes of the economic environment are outlined; the ways of improving the organizational mechanisms of innovative renewal of the national economic environment are substantiated. The national investment and innovation system is studied, taking into account internal social interconnections and communications, the main purpose of which can be considered to meet the needs of human development on the basis of formation and use of an effective system of socio-economic communications between the state, business, community and individuals. The National Investment and Innovation System is proposed to be considered as an open system of interconnections and communications in which the available resources are transformed into new products, intellectual and material values, public goods.
