Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of state regulation in the sphere of culture in Ukraine. It is revealed that the essence of the problem of state regulation of culture in Ukraine is that during its formation and development the state of Ukraine to some extent provided real freedom of creativity, material and financial support to creators of national and cultural spirituality, while contributing to the formation of new cultural infrastructure and that met the conditions of a market economy, the principles of democracy and the purpose of creating civil society, but as for now it has not been solved the main problem of state regulation of culture in Ukraine, that is the problem of full satisfaction of cultural needs of the population of Ukraine. Regarding the purposeful influence of the competent state bodies, aimed at maintaining stability, relative stability, orderliness of social relations in the cultural sphere, preservation of cultural heritage and spiritual values of the Ukrainian people and all mankind, social protection, it was declared that Ukraine needs more intensive adaptation of the Ukrainian system public administration to the quality level of the international standard in the sphere of public culture management. It is noted that the study of state regulation of culture in Ukraine ultimately leads to the recognition of the high potential of the systemic trend towards the development of state regulation of culture through the improvement of existing and development of new mechanisms. The definition of the main directions of improving the quality of state regulation of the cultural sphere at the national and regional, in relation to the Zaporozhzhya region, levels is substantiated
