Melnyk O. International treaties in the system of sources of social security law of Ukraine

The dissertation research is devoted to complex critical analysis and study of international treaties in the system of sources of social security law of Ukraine. Within the framework of scientific research on the basis of existing methodological and theoretical developments the place and significance of international treaties in the system of sources of social security law of Ukraine have been determined. The dissertation is given special attention to the analysis of international treaties in the system of sources of social security law, their place in the hierarchical structure of sources of social security law is determined. For the first time, the paper deals with the fundamental international acts of the United Nations as a source of social security law in a systematic form. In this sense, the author reveals the importance of ILO conventions and recommendations in the system of sources of social security law. The thesis analyzes the role of bilateral international treaties in the system of sources of social security law.
