Gab O. Organizational and economic support of an adaptive strategy of innovative development of Ukrainian seaports

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations on organizational and economic support of adaptive strategy of innovative development of seaports of Ukraine. Scientific aspects of development of strategy of innovative development of seaports are deepened, relevance of application of adaptive approach to management of innovative development of seaports is substantiated, conceptual approaches to development of adaptive strategy of innovative development of seaports are improved; The directions of development of the potential of the seaports of Ukraine on activation of their innovative possibilities are determined. An analysis of the strategic innovative position of Ukrainian seaports in the context of assessing the level of accessibility and quality of maritime port services has been carried out. Conceptual bases of state management of innovative development of seaports of Ukraine have been added. An organizational and economic model of providing a strategy for the innovative development of seaports is proposed, aimed at the effective integration of innovations into their activities by supporting the effective organization of the effective introduction of innovative products, which affects the innovation orientation of the seaport and provides such a level of implementation of innovative products at which the achievement will be achieved. balance between the following main elements of this process: financial capacity and timing of implementation, n rotation competitive advantage and maximizing the value of the port. The conceptualization of the strategy of innovative development of the seaport is grounded on the basis of the variational approach, in which the method of calculating the effective innovation orientation is proposed for the evaluation of the innovative capabilities of the seaport. An organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of an adaptive strategy for innovative development of seaports has been developed, which consists of a set of blocks interconnected by a system of sequential actions, the implementation of which reveals the process of choosing the ideal variant of adaptation of the seaport to the negative factors of the external environment.
