Essay

The thesis is devoted to development, clinical and experimental substantiation and assessment of efficiency of the differentiated therapy of endodontic-periodontal lesions in patients with generalized periodontitis depending endodontic pathology and degree of alveolar bone destruction. Prevalence (24.5%), structure and prognosis of treatment of endodontic-periodontal lesions in patients with generalized periodontitis were certain. Periodontal protector action, antiinflammatory, antioxidant and regenerative properties of regulator peptides at the different methods of introduction (tooth paste, balsam, injection) set in an experiment on the periodontal model for rats. Use of gelatinous matrix with chlorhexidine 2,5 mg (PеrіоChіp) and antimicrobial photodynamic therapy reasonably for directed disinfection of periodontal pockets at endodontic-periodontal lesions treatment in patients with generalized periodontitis.
