Kazmiryhyn E. Administrative and legal support for the implementation of state policy in the field of European integration of Ukraine

The dissertation examines the formation and development of state policy in the field of European integration of Ukraine. The author has come to the conclusion that it is the main tool for achieving European integration of Ukraine. The author defines the state policy of Ukraine in the field of European integration, which should understand the strategy and tactics of the state in the field of European integration, which corresponds to national interests and international standards. The idea that the leading role in the legal regulation of state policy in the field of European integration of Ukraine belongs precisely to the administrative law of Ukraine. The administrative and legal support of this direction of the state policy of Ukraine is manifested in the regulation of the norms of administrative law of Ukraine, first of all, the order of carrying out its functions by the subjects of public administration of Ukraine in this sphere. In addition, the rules of administrative law determine the order of interaction of public administration bodies with civil society institutions and individuals during the implementation of the state policy of Ukraine in the field of European integration.
