The dissertation presents the results of solving the scientifically applied problem of substantiation of the methodological base and methodological approaches for the formation and realization of the strategy of increasing the level of utilization of the production potential of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine based on object-oriented approach, as well as the development of practical recommendations in this sphere.
During research came to conclusion that the decrease in the level of utilization of production potential of enterprises and low rates of its updating are the causes of the depressed state of machine building in Ukraine. In such circumstances, problems and factors that impede the development of production capacity are not local in nature, but are a system consisting of many interdependent and interdependent elements.
It is determined that the current economic situation in Ukraine is characterized by increased instability of the business environment and deepening technological backwardness of the economy, which is largely due to the deterioration of the financial and economic situation in the machine-building complex of the national economy.
The methodological approaches to the formation of the structure of production potential of the enterprise taking into account the interconnection of elements of the internal and external environment based on system-forming factors, which determine the need to assess the synergistic effect arising in the system of management of processes of resource conservation, are distinguished. A methodological platform has formed the assess the level of utilization of the production potential of a machine-building enterprise, based on the application of an object-oriented approach and includes the calculation of private, group, integral and total indicators.
A methodical approach to a comprehensive assessment of the organizational and economic efficiency of managing the production activity of a machine-building enterprise in the field of resource conservation has been formed. Based on the results of complex diagnostics of the existing potential, it became possible to predict trends in the development of the resource potential, identify promising strategic directions for efficient use of the resource potential and sources of its growth.
The conceptual apparatus in terms of interpretation of «informatization of production processes» is improved, which, unlike the existing approaches, is investigated in the context of substantiation of the decision-making process by an economic entity on the basis of use of the latest information technologies, cybernetic methods and means for solving problems of processing of operational information. Planning and management of monitoring, forecasting of changes in production indicators, especially those related to resource-saving technologies.
The research methodology that is fundamental for the formation and implementation of a strategy for increasing the level of utilization of the production potential of mechanical engineering enterprises has been developed.
Resource efficiency indicators based on the use of information technologies have been formed. The possibility of using various automated systems of information support of machine-building enterprises management is analyzed.
Emphasizes the need to carry out a strategic maneuver, focused on the transition of the domestic machine-building complex at a pre-emptive pace to the path of intensive development, which raises the need to solve the whole complex of problems that have accumulated in the legislative, financial, socio-economic, scientific and technical, personnel and personnel.
