The dissertation is devoted to the development of new modified epoxy composite coatings filled with highly dispersed finished particles of metal oxides to protect details and aircraft hulls from weathering and operational factors. The optimal content of highly dispersed metal oxides, modifier and solvent for forming a composition based on chemically compatible components is determined. This provides high manufacturability when applying the developed coatings. The technology of surface finishing of highly dispersed fillers with thermoplastic modifier and the technology of forming of protective epoxy composite coatings by pneumatic spraying have been developed.
