Hbur L. Administrative Responsibility for Offenses in the Use and Protection of Water Resources of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the material and procedural aspects of administrative responsibility for administrative offenses in the use and protection of water resources of Ukraine. The concept and features of administrative misconduct in the use and protection of water resources are revealed, the shortcomings of legal regulation of administrative responsibility for their commission are identified, the objective and subjective signs of the composition of administrative offenses in the use and protection of water resources are disclosed, an analysis of procedural norms establishing administrative responsibility for administrative violations in the use and protection of water resources Uses, identified gaps in the legislation, as well as specific proposals for improving the administrative material and procedural rules of the legislation of Ukraine on bringing persons to administrative responsibility for administrative violations in the use and protection of water resources.
