Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the introduction of managerial innovations at domestic enterprises of the wine industry. In particular, it is accented on the establishment of internal organizational communications in the implementation of innovative activity. The essence of the concepts of «innovation» and «innovative activity» is revealed. It is determined the place and it is grounded the role of communications in the innovative activity of the enterprise. The methodical approaches to the evaluation of innovative activity of enterprises are considered including indicators of efficiency of use and movement of personnel as one of the key resources of a production enterprise. The state and trends of the world and domestic wine markets development are investigated. The analysis of the main activity indicators, the current state of the internal and external environment of the enterprises of Ukrainian wine-making industry is carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of organizational structures of management are revealed and approaches to their adaptation to the requirements of innovative activity are offered.
