Liashko M. Modernization of organizational and economic instruments of state support for small business in Ukraine

The research is devoted to substantiation of theoretical, methodical and practical provisions of modernization of organizational and economic instruments of state support of small business in Ukraine. The dissertation deals with the substantive characteristics of small business and its importance as an important sector of the national economy. The evolution of scientific views on the choice of methods and instruments of state influence on the activation of development of small business entities is covered. The world practice of state support for the functioning of small businesses is investigated. The key tendencies of development of domestic small business are investigated in the work. It outlined a number of problems that require urgent resolution. The practice of using the instruments of state support of small business in Ukraine is analyzed. Conclusions have been made regarding the effectiveness of state support for small business development. It is justified methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of state support for small business development to form an information platform for identifying the most effective instruments of state influence on small business performance indicators.
