The thesis is devoted to the study of the influence of psycho - traumatic factors on the development of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in internally displaced persons from the zone of anti - terrorist operation in Luhansk region. It was found that in forced displaced persons from the ATO zone in the Luhansk region, 69.17 % of cases were associated with stress-related disorders and 20.80 % with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In the thesis the theoretical generalization and definite solution of an important scientific and practical problem of modern psychiatry is conducted, which involves the substantiation of epidemiological, clinical and psychopathological, clinical and statistical, pathopsychological and immunological features of the course of posttraumatic stress disorders in in internally displaced people for making algorithm for complex therapy with psychotropic agents and hepatoprotective drugs with immunomodulatory activity. PTSD in forced migrants from the ATO zone was accompanied by impaired functions of the hepatobiliary and immune systems, with a manifestation in the disorder of bilirubin metabolism, activation of cytolysis of hepatocytes, inhibition of phagocytic activity of macrophages and growth of circulating immune complexes. The additional use of Antralhepatoprotector as part of the psycho-corrective therapy of internally displaced people with PTSD significantly improves their mental state and normalizes the functions of the hepatobiliary and immune systems.
