Artemenko Y. Administrative and legal provision of national System of cybersecurity’s functioning in Ukraine

The author of this dissertation, for the first time, has accomplished comprehensive and thorough analysis of administrative and legal provision of the functioning of the national cybersecurity system of Ukraine and has proved the feasibility of differentiating the concepts of the national cybersecurity system and the national system of ensuring cybersecurity as different categories, suitable for the application in relation to different phenomena of legal validity. The national cybersecurity system of Ukraine has been offered to be understood as a set of objects and subjects, the links between which and with external elements to the specified system in the form of certain measures, carried out through the competence of each form and method of activity, arise, are changed and terminated in order to achieve the protection of vital interests of individuals and citizens, society and the state while using cyberspace.
