Essay

On the basis of the research, it has been determined that Justice in Law and Justice in general cannot be equated, since social perceptions of the principle of justice always take into account the interests of a particular individual or group. It is emphasized that the principle of justice, encompassing all aspects of legal life, is the normative condition of the law itself and the legal regulation of social relations. It has been proved that the European Court of Human Rights applies the concept of justice to the fullest extent, even in those moments where the principle of legality is contrary to the justice principles.
